You can send your any unsatisfactory about the product up to 30 days since you accept the product, and describe the problem clearly and concisely.

Please do not return the product unless our staffs contact you.

We are glad to exchange the product if your product exist these situations:

a）The product can’t matched with your order

b）The materials can’t matched with your order.

After finishing the production according to your requirements, if the problems belongs to:

a) Your design.

b) The materials you chose.

If the final output can’t matched with your hope, we only exchange the original component when you receipt the products, so please check the components carefully before you staring any adhesion or secondary creation.

Sample

We absolutely provide the samples, before the final production you can ask us for multi-version sample design base on the same original pattern. As you can have a clearly understand of your design, avoiding the disappointment after receipting the final product.
